The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Website forms send the inquiry by email and do not create a public customer account or marketing profile.
4. Website analytics
RHEINA does not load Google Analytics or marketing tracking scripts on this static website version. If analytics is introduced later, it will be documented here and configured according to applicable consent requirements.
5. External links and communication services
Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X are not embedded tracking widgets. Data is transferred to the relevant provider only after you follow an external link. Their own privacy terms then apply.
